Greetings,
Earthly friends! We're thrilled to have you join us at Earthly Natural's 1 Raleigh for this amazing guided meditation! This is a FREE meditation session that lasts for an hour. We'll kick things off with a refreshing deep breathing session and some light stretching to prepare us for the meditation. This session is perfect for all levels, and you'll be guided by our wonderful owner and meditation practitioner, Khadijah Beeler. We encourage everyone to arrive on time or even 5 minutes early for the live session. However, you do have a 10-minute grace period to join. Once the meditation begins, the session will be locked to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. Welcome and enjoy!
