Rooted Wellness: Back to the Body Festival is an immersive, hands-on holistic wellness experience designed for individuals, families, and communities to reconnect with their bodies, the earth, and one another.
This interactive outdoor festival invites participants to learn by doing. Guests will rotate through thoughtfully curated wellness stations where they will create their own herbal remedies, tea blends, body-care rituals, and wellness tools to take home—guided by live demonstrations and facilitators throughout the day.
The festival features a Tea Garden & Tea Meditation Experience—the heart of the gathering—where participants slow down, engage their senses, and reconnect through intentional tea rituals rooted in ancestral and plant wisdom.
