Cancellation Policy

Earthly Naturals Steaming Policy (In-Person & Traveling Steaming Experiences) 1. Booking & Deposits All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or via approved booking platforms. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment (Travel services). This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance. Remaining balances are due prior to travel date (for traveling services). 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. One reschedule is allowed per booking, and must be made within 30 days of the original appointment date. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and service terminated. 3. Health & Safety Steaming is not recommended if you are pregnant (unless using our pregnancy-safe blends), menstruating, have open wounds, active infections, or certain medical conditions. Please notify us of any medical conditions, surgeries, allergies, or sensitivities before your session. Earthly Naturals reserves the right to decline service(s) if steaming is deemed unsafe for the client. 4. Arrival & Session Time In-Person Steaming: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to complete intake forms and settle in. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time without a price adjustment. Travel Steaming: Set-up time is included in your booking. Please ensure your space is clean, quiet, and prepared for the experience prior to our arrival. 5. Travel Steaming Policy Travel steaming is available for private residences, events, or retreats within our service area. A travel fee applies and is calculated based on distance from our Raleigh, NC location. Client is responsible for providing a safe and private environment, access to electrical outlets, and sufficient space for our equipment. Any parking fees, tolls, or special access requirements must be disclosed and covered by the client. 6. Hygiene & Sanitation All steaming seats, bowls, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each client. Herbal blends are prepared fresh for each session and are not reused. No returns or exchanges on body care or herbal blends due to hygiene and safety. 7. Payments Accepted Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. All travel services must be paid in full before service date. 8. Liability Waiver All clients must sign a consent and waiver
